Contact us Coco Cosmetics by Chloe was founded on the 1st December 2018 by Chloe Walsh with £350 that she borrowed from her grandparent.
Chloe fell in love with makeup when she had a long battle with the insecurities of her severe eczema. Realising the impact that makeup can have on someone's confidence pushed Chloe to build her client base as a Makeup Artist.
For the first two years, Coco Cosmetics by Chloe was a local brand but Tik-Tok made them go viral throughout the World and they are now stocking with giant beauty retailers such as Beauty Bay.
Two postal boxes that matched the brand image.
Chloe at Coco Cosmetics wanted 10,000 branded postal boxes in a range of sizes to hold their viral makeup sponges. Chloe needed them within a certain timeframe and wanted to be able to deliver the sponges safely whilst also giving her customers the ultimate unboxing experience.

Chloe sent images of what she envisioned for her branded packaging and we knew that we could match it so that her vision came to life.
We produced two identical designs in two different sizes. Both of them were 0427 FEFCO style boxes in an E-flute material. Belmont Packaging used flexographic high quality print to print the inside and the outside of the box with a stylish and on brand, pink and black print onto a smooth white board. We added a varnish to the outside to give the premium feel that Chloe wanted to provide to her customers.
The result: A stylish, on brand, set of postal boxes.
We developed 5,000 of each size box and Chloe is very happy with the results. Her customers love it too! As a result, we now produce two designs which include the original makeup sponge box as well as a 'Mystery Marshmallow' postal box that has a shiny black print to add to the sense of mystery.

How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
