Custom Display Packaging with a Vibrant Colour Palette
The company behind the JoJo Siwa merchandise, Hair Secretz, approached Belmont Packaging to produce a display packaging solution fully custom-designed for two product releases. The packaging needed to be printed to a high standard to uphold the quality of the JoJo Siwa and Nickelodeon brand.
To ensure our expert team could work to the exact brand specifications, Hair Secretz were invited to Belmont’s high-spec manufacturing facility in Wigan to view the facilities and the quality of the flexographic printing through a showcase of examples.
A four colour display packaging solution manufactured to the highest-quality
Belmont Packaging manufactured a total of 6,800 die-cut 0711 corrugated cardboard packaging boxes, with three-point glue technology custom designed using four colours and varnish.
An extremely complex project, Belmont produced two styles of display packaging for the product releases and needed two completed versions of each design for final supermarket sign off.

For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
