Assist Hygiene are veterans when it comes to hygiene products. They have been manufacturing them for 25 years and this includes creating Grimex Wipes. The company is based in the UK and specialise in wet and dry wipes.

Belmont Packaging has previously worked with Assist Hygiene on multiple brands, including Petall. Assist Hygiene is a reputable brand and they are known for their reliability and excellent products, which is why we are partnering with them again. We have proven to provide them with the excellent level of service they require.
Assist Hygiene sought boxes for Grimex Wipes that were a common size and perforation. But, they were to differ in colour designs and print. Namely, there were to be three unique styles that would stand out to customers. Of course, they were also to be functional and cost-effective to Assist Hygiene.
Strong and Bold Crashed Bottom Boxes
The design team at Belmont Packaging understood that the boxes would be holding 25 x 25 cm disposable wipes and supplied in 100 packs. In other words, a strong and dependable box would be necessary. Thus, the team chose a crashed bottom format for the boxes. This would provide additional support for the times and the design means that it self-locks for security. The boxes also have a tuck flap for automatic closing.
Not only did Belmont Packaging use high-grade cardboard boxes, but the team worked hard to create an eye-catching design to stand out from other products. This included using bold and bright colours to stand out from other products.
Fast Turnaround and Striking Box Designs
As a returning customer, Belmont Packaging wanted to exceed the great experience expected by our design team. Hygiene Assist was very happy with the order they made. 15,000 boxes were produced within seven weeks of the initial inquiry. This was a quick turnaround time, meaning a happy customer.

How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
