That’s why we’ve upgraded our EMBA casemaker to operate as a 3-colour print machine. This allows us to now produce large volumes of small format boxes very quickly, but now with even more colour!
EMBA machines set new standards in speed and quality, but the boxes they produce are cost-effective as well and suit applications such as food packaging and transport, where the budget is important.
The high-volume, quality boxes the EMBA can produce range from; an eye-catching shelf-ready box with an envelope base and a tear-off top, through to a plain transport box with a distinctive print to stand out from the rest….and everything in between!

How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
