Contact us CherryTop Weddings is a family business that seeks to make every couple’s wedding memorable. Due to COVID-19, many partners have had to change their wedding plans and CherryTop Weddings wants to ensure that they can still have a special day. This led to a unique idea to create ‘Love Story’ boxes to ensure the wedding could still be a celebration. The brand is based in Truro, Cornwall and although the boxes were created from the pandemic, the trend is likely to continue beyond the safety restrictions.
A ‘Love Story’ Box for Couples
CherryTop Weddings wanted to provide unique boxes to send to wedding guests and the happy couple. This would contain a variety of items, including ‘A Love Story’ booklet personalised by the couple. In addition, fun activities would be selected, such as puzzles, quizzes, wedding speech bingo and drawing games. This would allow guests to virtually connect and have a lot of fun.
Therefore, the brief was given to Belmont Packaging to create a special and distinctive box for brides and grooms. This would contain all of the chosen items and it would be sent to the couple and their guests ahead of the big day.
Sturdy and Beautifully-Designed Boxes
At Belmont Packaging, our goal was to create a stunning box that would be special for weddings. The personalised box would show off the CherryTop branding and contribute to the unboxing experience. We selected a Fefco modified 0427 box style, which has a brilliant white board finish inside and out. In addition, there was a gloss varnish to the box. Together, this design had a contemporary wedding design.
We also used quality-grade boxes to ensure all items arrive safely. Thus, the boxes are sturdy and dependable for shipping to customers.
The Result – An Immersive and Unique Love Story Box
CherryTop Weddings were very pleased with the finished product. The turnaround was quick and the design was exactly what the company was looking for.

How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
