Realising the Shelf-Ready Vision with Bobst

Belmont Packaging - Installation of VISIONFOLD 170_49745.jpg

Belmont Packaging are proud to be featured in this month’s edition of Packaging News magazine.

The feature sees owner Kate Hulley discussing the introduction of the Bobst folder-gluer to the Belmont Factory. The Bobst Visionfold 170 enables Belmont to tackle complex gluing work for shelf-ready packaging, including but not limited to four- and six-corner boxes.

Over a year since installing the Bobst Visionfold 170, Kate has seen only benefits from the addition of this machinery. “As a result of committing to Bobst, we are attracting work that other companies similar to ourselves wouldn’t be able to fulfil”, she says gleamingly, “Run speeds are a lot faster than beforehand and the complexity of the work it carries out is remarkable, meaning we can get a lot more done than beforehand”.

In an ever changing and evolving industry, Kate and the Belmont team are striving to differentiate themselves, by investing in the machines and workforce.
