Belmont Packaging encourage apprenticeships as part of our team training programme. Those apprenticeships are run through the BPIF, who are the largest supplier of apprenticeships to the print and packaging industry.

Jack is one of our trainee machine operator apprentices currently studying and specialising in his print operator award (Level 2) which is delivered over two years. This apprenticeship focuses on key areas such as health and safety, printing, lead manufacturing, communications and ensuring things are running smoothly on the production line.

As part of this apprenticeship, he’s working through six units including:
1. Health and safety.
2. Organisation workplace techniques.
3. Problem solving.
4. Working relationships.
5. Communications.
6. Working effectively in manufacturing.
He has also completed an English and Maths qualification to level two.
The production team are an integral part of Belmont Packaging’s success, and our congratulations go to Jack as his apprenticeship nears competition. Jack’s commitment to the Belmont Packaging team as he continues to learn more about the printing and manufacturing systems, whilst developing his skills through the apprenticeship programme is inspirational. How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
