Our most recent Net Promoter Score (NPS) has reached an impressive +83.

For context, any score above 50 is considered excellent, and anything above 70 is world-class. This result firmly places us in the top tier of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • 82.6% Promoters (customers who rated us 9 or 10)
  • 0% Detractors (no scores between 0–6)
  • An average recommendation score of 9.35
  • 69 total responses = our strongest participation yet

Our MOQ starts from 1000 units depending on the size, style and material of the box.

 

How long does it take to receive a quote?

Once we have all the relevant information for your corrugated cardboard box requirements, we will aim to turnaround quotes within 24-48 hours.
However, complete bespoke designs will require longer including design time.
