Introducing Elise Formston

With National Apprenticeship Week falling on 3rd-9th February, we thought it was the perfect time for us to celebrate a rising superstar here at Belmont Packaging. 

Introducing Elise Formston

Fresh from studying media, music and performing arts in college, Elise joined Belmont in June 2019 as a design and sales apprentice. 

It didn’t take long for Elise to establish herself as a valued member of the team; her positive, can-do attitude makes her a great person to have around. And she’s not afraid to meet challenges head on - she took and passed her driving test on her third day!

We asked Elise to describe a typical day at Belmont.
“Communicating with new and existing customers and dealing with new enquiries. I also design simple or die-cut boxes to suit our customers needs. 
 
“My favourite part of the day is plotting the samples off as I can get to see whether my design actually works. It is rewarding when I have worked on an enquiry, designed it and seen it run as I can see my work from beginning to end.
 
“Since working at Belmont, I have learnt a lot of new skills including how to deal with customers and manage their expectations.” 
 
Elise says she enjoys the happy vibe here at Belmont; she loves being a part of a tight-knit, collaborative team. She has enjoyed the opportunity to be involved in projects from start to finish, and we know that our clients love working with her.

There is no doubt in our minds that Elise has an exciting career ahead of her!
