New business development manager - Mark Price

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the corrugated packaging industry where he’s worked in a variety of sales and management roles for large multi-site businesses, small family sheet plants and merchants. So, for those in the industry he’s a familiar and friendly face.

Mark is excited by the opportunities at Belmont Packaging. As a former Belmont Packaging customer, Mark was attracted to the role because he sees Belmont Packaging as a dynamic, enthusiastic, energy driven business with huge potential to grow and with big plans for the future.

“This business has an interesting mix of print and conversion kit, and with the focus on ecommerce there are big opportunities in this growing sector. The fact this is an independently run plant is appealing, because I’m speaking daily with the business owner instead of layers of management, which means everything is quicker and more responsive.”

Mark adds, “The energy and enthusiasm from the team here is also fantastic.”

Mark is married with two grown up children. He’s a keen Liverpool FC fan and takes part in triathlons in his spare time. So, when not engaged in Belmont Packaging activities he’s either swimming, running, cycling or watching his beloved football team.

His new role means he can use his head more than his body and strike a good balance between the two. He’s looking forward to the next few years and the opportunities that his new role brings.
