Dino Decking approached Belmont Packaging for a corrugated cardboard packaging solution to protect their decking until their customer receives their order.
As a leading manufacturer, Dino Decking wanted packaging that protected their products with simple printing which highlighted their brand.
Dino Decking required four different sizes of transit packaging for shipment of their decking to customers and a high quality printed postal box to send out samples in a brand appealing box.
Stylish and fully branded packaging
Belmont Packaging produced a range of corrugated cardboard packaging solutions to fit the needs of Dino Decking.
A total of 4,500 transit cases were manufactured over four sizes through the high speed case maker. Belmont Packaging went on to produce 10,000 die cut printed corrugated postal boxes to hold Dino Decking sample packs, with a two coloured design and varnish finish on a clay coated material with a one colour print on the white kraft inner.
The boxes were printed using industry leading equipment before going through rigid quality check on the innovative BOBST Digital Inspection Table.

How long will my quotation take?
Once we have received the full specification for your corrugated packaging requirements, quotations are typically returned within 2 working days, taking into consideration that we do not work on Fridays.
For more bespoke packaging projects involving custom structural design, specialist print finishes or tooling requirements, additional development time may be required to ensure we provide the most accurate and commercially effective solution.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the packaging style, board grade, print requirements and manufacturing process involved.
As a general guide, standard production runs are usually 2,000+ boxes.
