We are a dedicated team of experienced and solution focused individuals whose task it is to assist, guide and satisfy the various needs of our customer base.
As you will see from viewing our manufacturing capabilities here at Belmont we are very well equipped so we realise the importance of our Sales and Customer Support teams being prepared and able to keep up to date with the many and varied needs and requirements associated with the industry sectors we supply, not only in terms of product design and demand but also in supply solution ‘cost out’ initiatives.
One way we ensure this is possible ‘day in day out’ is via highly organised and controlled systems and procedures that allow the team to look after the immediate issues of the customer, safe in the knowledge that the system will handle most of the information and data recording.
Our experience also allows us a broad view of best practice across many sectors - something we use to suggest ideas and supply solutions to our customer base in general.
The abilities of the Belmont Sales and Customer Support Team is critical to how we gain and sustain the confidence of our customers from the moment they issue an enquiry to each and every delivery.
Department responsibilities:
- the continuous support and service to the entire customer base
- the continuous drive for sales and supply solutions
- account handling and internal sales management
- customer satisfaction and distribution of queries and enquiries to other Belmont Teams
- customer communication from updates on deliveries through to mail shots
- idea suggestion and follow up of ‘cost out’ methods. (a continuous improvement initiative)
