Since becoming Production Manager a few years ago I have worked hard to develop a top class production outfit that matches the best in our industry. My priority has been to maintain a healthy balance between working and family life for our staff and this has lead to a contented and effective work-force.

Another of Belmont’s strengths is most of our people are multi skilled and can operate at least two of our mainline machines. This helps greatly with our planning of the workload and our ability to satisfy our customer’s packaging requirements.
